「Keepsake KIT 拾印匣™」是一套親膚、安全的居家採集工具組。
不必出門，在熟悉的家中即可輕鬆完成採集。打開工具組，為摯愛的人留下指紋與掌紋，或為毛孩留下鼻紋與足紋，將獨一無二的生命痕跡凝結在這一刻。
∙ 居家採集：隨盒附帶親膚材料與詳細說明，輕鬆記錄紋路。
∙ 寄回印模：將完成的印模寄回，工藝師會透過「失蠟鑄造工藝」將紋路鑄成可日夜佩戴的紀念飾品。

∙ Home Impression: Comes with skin-safe materials and clear instructions for easy crafting.

∙ Step 1 下單：一般下單後 3 個工作天內出貨，如為急件，雙北縣市可於客服時間內（平日10:00~17:00）最快當天使用快遞到付方式送達，外縣市使用郵寄快捷最快隔日抵達，請先私訊客服詢問。
∙ Step 2 採印：收到《Keepsake KIT 拾印匣™》後請務必依照說明書的指引觀看教學影片，再進行採印流程。
∙ Step 3 寄回：完成後，請將模具與訂製回函放入回郵包裝裡，並至郵局臨櫃掛號寄出。
∙ Step 4 製作：我們收到模具後，需約 30 至 45 個工作天的鑄造流程。
∙ Step 5 完成：成品出貨當天會寄發通知，您將會收到首飾成品與原始模具。

∙ Step 1 Place Your Order
Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days. For international orders, we ship via Chunghwa Post or SF Express, depending on the destination. Delivery typically takes approximately 3–14 business days, depending on the country.
∙ Step 2 Make Your Imprint
Once you receive your Keepsake KIT™, please read the instructions and watch the tutorial video carefully before making your imprint.
∙ Step 3 Return the Mold
After completing the imprint, please place the mold and the Customization Card inside the envelope provided. You may reuse the original box from your Keepsake KIT™ to securely protect the mold when sending it back to our studio. International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
∙ Step 4 Crafting
Once we receive your mold, the casting and finishing process takes approximately 30–45 business days.
∙ Step 5 Completed
You will receive a shipping notification when your piece is ready. Your finished jewelry and the original mold will be shipped together.

這是一款由您與我們共同完成的獨一無二創作首飾。隨盒將附上專用「手捏鑄造蠟塊」，您可以直接向蠟塊施力壓印紋路，因每個人按壓的力道與手勢不同，將形塑出絕無僅有、自然不規則的藝術有機形狀。

【 單面 / 雙面 壓印選擇 】
• 單面壓印：正面壓印紋理，背面保留手作溫度的自然平整感。
• 雙面壓印：正反兩面皆可按壓紋路（例如：正面指紋、背面毛孩鼻紋）。
※ 重要提醒：完成採集後，請務必在隨盒附贈的《訂製回函》上勾選「單面」或「雙面」選項！

【 尺寸與規格說明 】
• 標準版（Standard）：壓圓後直徑約 15–18 mm，適合指紋、掌紋、貓咪足紋或小型毛孩鼻紋。
• 大款 （Maxi）：壓圓後直徑約 20–22 mm，適合中大型犬鼻紋、掌紋或多人／多部位組合。
• 材質：可以選擇925 純銀、14／18K 黃金或是白K金
• 配鍊：隨附 1.0 mm 925 銀麥穗鍊（長度提供 40、45 或 50 cm 可選）

【 隨盒工具說明：蠟塊 vs. 塑型土 的重要作用 】
拾印匣中會同時附上「2 塊手捏鑄造蠟塊」與「塑模土（藍白土）採印組」，請您特別留意以下使用方式：

• 1. 鑄造蠟塊（共 2 塊，寄回製作）
蠟塊為最終金屬鑄造的直接媒介。您壓印完成後需將蠟塊寄回工作室，我們會直接將其進行金屬鑄造。
※ 為什麼提供 2 塊？ 鑄造過程極具挑戰且存在不可控風險，備用蠟塊能在鑄造需要重來時提供保險，讓您的創作順利完成。

• 2. 塑模土 / 藍白土（請務必同步完成並保存）
※ 為什麼蠟塊壓好了，塑模土還是要壓？
因為蠟塊在進入高溫鑄造的過程中會「融化消失」（失蠟鑄造法）。為了替您永續保存這份珍貴的生命紋路，請務必同時使用塑模土（藍白土）壓印一份紋理。未來若想再製作其他飾品，才能隨時拿出來再次翻模！

【 製作方式推薦（二選一）】
• 方法 A（直覺手感）：直接對著「手捏鑄造蠟塊」按壓，一次完成紋路與捏塑不規則外觀。
• 方法 B（精準翻模）：先使用「塑模土（藍白土）」壓印出清晰紋理，再將紋理翻印至「鑄造蠟塊」上進行造型修飾。

• Single-sided: Impression on the front; smooth organic finish on the back.
• Double-sided: Impressions on both front and back (e.g., human fingerprint on the front, pet nose print on the back).

【 Keepsake KIT Guide: Wax Blocks vs. Impression Putty 】
Your Keepsake KIT contains both 2 Casting Wax Blocks and a Two-Part Silicone Putty (Blue & White Putty) Set. Please note their unique purposes below:

• 1. Casting Wax Blocks (2 Blocks Included — Return to Studio)
The wax block is used directly for metal casting. Once you imprint and shape it, send it back to us for final casting.
* Why 2 blocks? Metal casting carries natural manufacturing risks. The extra block serves as a backup to guarantee a successful finished piece.

• 2. Silicone Putty / Blue & White Putty (Must still be completed and kept)
* Why do I still need to use the Impression Putty if I pressed the wax?
During the high-temperature casting process, the wax block will melt away completely (Lost-Wax Casting). Pressing your impression into the Blue & White Impression Putty creates a permanent mold. This allows us to preserve your texture forever, so you can re-create new jewelry pieces in the future!

【 2 Ways to Create 】
• Method A (Intuitive & Direct): Press directly onto the casting wax block to create both the texture and the organic shape in one step.
• Method B (Precision Mold): Capture your impression with the Silicone Putty (Blue & White Putty) first, then transfer/mold the texture onto the casting wax block.

∙ 如指紋的紋理偏淡，例如長老者、嬰幼童或是長時間雙手有磨損，也可以考慮採集掌紋、指關節紋的位置。
∙ 毛孩除了鼻紋，也可以採集掌紋或是毛流的痕跡。特殊寵物則可以從鱗片、爪印等部位採集。
∙ 若採集的對象已離世、遺體正於冰存狀態，皮膚可能會失去彈性與水分，紋理逐漸變淡。壓印前請務必用水稍微噴濕或抹濕部位，避免塑模土黏附。同一個部位可以壓印多次，再考慮最終要製作的紋路。

∙ If fingerprints are faint, such as those of older adults, infants, young children, or individuals with worn fingertips, you may instead capture a palm print or finger joint texture.
∙ For pets, you may choose a nose print, paw pad print, or even the natural texture of their fur or scale.
∙ If capturing an impression after a loved one or pet has passed away, lightly moisten the area before pressing, as the skin may have become dry. Feel free to make multiple impressions and choose the one with the clearest details.

紋印飾品系列皆為專屬客製化訂製商品，不適用 7 天鑑賞期（無條件退貨）之規定。
客製化訂單原則上不接受因個人因素取消或退款；如已寄出 Keepsake KIT 拾印匣™ 或進入製作程序，恕無法取消或退款。
完成壓印後，如需調整商品尺寸或規格，請務必於進入製作前聯繫客服確認。尺寸／規格調整可依實際情況補差額或辦理差額退款。
每筆訂單自付款完成日起 150 天內為正常訂製期限；逾期後若需重新啟動製作流程，將酌收每一件商品金額 10% 的重啟費用。
因不可抗力、個人因素拒收或退件所產生之退款及額外物流費用，依退換貨政策辦理。

Our Imprint Jewelry Collection is exclusively made to order and personalized.
Personalized orders cannot be canceled or refunded for customer-related reasons. Once the Keepsake KIT™ has been shipped or production has begun, cancellations and refunds are not accepted.
Size or specification changes may be made before production begins. Please contact customer service; price differences may apply or be refunded depending on the adjustment.
Orders are valid for 150 days from the date of payment. A 10% reactivation fee per item applies to orders resumed after this period.

∙ 日常佩戴：氧化屬自然現象。請避免接觸香水、酒精、清潔劑及溫泉；洗澡、運動、游泳時請取下。
∙ 妥善收納：未佩戴時，請擦拭乾淨並單獨密封收納於乾燥處。
∙ 居家清潔：以軟布或拭銀布輕擦；較髒時可用稀釋中性洗劑微洗並完全拭乾。
∙ 特殊材質：含珍珠、寶石、鍍層飾品請勿自行浸泡或使用拭銀布，請聯繫我們協助處理。

∙ Lifetime Repair: Members are entitled to lifetime repair assessment (fees quoted based on condition).
∙ Complimentary Care: Enjoy one free basic cleaning & inspection per piece each year.
∙ Other Services: Part replacement, replating, gemstone setting, and resizing are quoted separately.

Jewellery Care Guide
∙ Daily Wear: Oxidation is natural. Avoid contact with perfume, alcohol, cleaners, and hot springs. Remove before showering, swimming, or working out.
∙ Storage: Wipe clean after use and store separately in a sealed bag in a dry place.
∙ Cleaning: Gently wipe with a soft cloth or silver polishing cloth. For dirt, use mild soapy water and dry thoroughly.
∙ Special Materials: Do NOT soak or use silver cloths on pearls, gemstones, or plated pieces. Please contact us for professional care.
