品牌會員憑此小卡可享終身維修服務。若作品發生斷裂、變形或零件脫落，皆可聯繫我們送回評估，維修費用將依實際狀況另行報價。 每件作品每年可享一次免費基礎保養，包含基本清潔與狀況檢查。更換零件、重新電鍍、補配寶石或尺寸調整等服務將另行報價。

銀飾保養須知

日常保養：

銀飾會因接觸空氣、汗水而自然氧化，表面顏色逐漸變深屬正常現象，並非材質瑕疵。配戴時請避免接觸香水、乳液、酒精、清潔劑、漂白水及溫泉。洗澡、游泳、泡湯、運動或從事家務時，建議先將飾品取下，以減少氧化、刮傷及變形的可能。未配戴時，請先將飾品擦拭乾淨，再單獨收納於密封袋或飾品盒中，並放置在乾燥陰涼處。

簡易清潔方式：

日常清潔可使用柔軟的乾布或拭銀布，輕柔擦拭飾品表面。請勿過度用力，以免造成細微刮痕或影響表面質感。若飾品沾有汗水或一般髒污，可使用少量中性清潔劑加入溫水中，以柔軟布料或軟毛刷輕輕清潔，再用清水沖洗乾淨。清潔後請立即以乾布完整擦乾，確認縫隙中沒有殘留水分後再行收納。

若作品含有珍珠、寶石、特殊鍍層，請勿自行浸泡或使用拭銀布，以免造成表面磨損、褪色或結構受損。建議直接聯絡工作室，由我們協助判斷適合的清潔方式。

Lifetime Repair Service & Annual Complimentary Care

Silver Jewellery Care Guide
With this card, you are entitled to lifetime access to paid repair services at our studio. Regardless of how long you have owned the piece, you may return it for assessment if repair is needed. Fees will be quoted based on the condition. Each piece is also entitled to one complimentary basic maintenance service per year, including cleaning and inspection. Additional services such as part replacement, replating, gemstone replacement, or resizing will be quoted separately.

Daily Care：

Silver jewellery naturally oxidizes when exposed to air and perspiration. A gradual darkening of the surface is a normal characteristic of silver and is not considered a material defect. Please avoid direct contact with perfume, lotion, alcohol, household cleaners, bleach, and hot spring water.

We recommend removing your jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising, bathing in hot springs, or doing household chores to reduce the risk of oxidation, scratches, and deformation.

After wearing, gently wipe the jewellery clean before storing it separately in an airtight bag or jewellery box and keep it in a cool, dry place.

Simple Cleaning Instructions：

Gently wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth or a silver polishing cloth. Avoid excessive pressure, as this may cause fine scratches or alter the original finish. For perspiration or ordinary dirt, add a small amount of mild detergent to lukewarm water and gently clean the jewellery with a soft cloth or soft-bristled brush. Rinse thoroughly with clean water, then dry immediately with a soft cloth. Make sure no moisture remains in any gaps or detailed areas before storage.

For pieces containing pearls, natural gemstones, plating, do not soak the jewellery or use a silver polishing cloth. Improper cleaning may cause abrasion, discoloration, or structural damage. Please return the piece to our studio so we can determine the most suitable care method.
