運送與付款方式 Shipping & Payment

【 國內運送 Domestic (Taiwan) 】

  • 配送方式： 可選擇中華郵政掛號或是 7-11 店到店取貨（訂單金額上限NT$20,000）。

  • 出貨時間： 付款完成後，Keepsake KIT 拾印匣™ 將於 3 個工作天內寄出。寄出後郵寄約 1–2 天、超商取貨約 2–3 天抵達。

  • 運費說明： 運費於下單時一次收取（NT$ 150），包含兩次寄送的費用（第一次：Keepsake KIT 拾印匣™ 寄出；第二次：成品寄出）。

  • 急件處理： 如為急件，雙北縣市最快可以下單後使用快遞到付方式當天送達；外縣市擇使用郵寄快捷最快隔日抵達，請先私訊客服處理。

  • 免運優惠： 單筆訂單滿 NT$ 15,000 即享免運優惠。

【 國際運送 International Shipping 】

  • 配送方式與時程： 國際配送由中華郵政掛號、順豐快遞或其他物流服務寄出（根據國家不同），國際訂單約需要至少 7 至 14 個工作日寄達。

  • 運費標準（含兩次寄送）： 運費於下單時一次收取，包含兩次寄送的費用（第一次：Keepsake KIT 拾印匣™ 寄出；第二次：成品寄出）。

    • 港澳地區 (Hong Kong & Macau)：NT$ 400

    • 亞洲地區東南亞/東北亞 (Asia)：NT$ 600

    • 其他地區 (Rest of the World)：NT$ 850

  • 免運優惠與關稅： 單筆訂單滿 NT$ 25,000 即享免運優惠。可能產生的進口關稅須由收件人自行負擔。

【 付款方式 Payment Methods 】

  • 我們提供信用卡線上付款（VISA、MasterCard、JCB）。

  • 如需要使用銀行轉帳/匯款功能，請先私訊客服處理（僅限台灣地區）。

【 Domestic Shipping (Taiwan) 】

  • Delivery Methods: Options include Chunghwa Post Registered Mail or 7-ELEVEN Store-to-Store Pickup（Order Limit: NT$20,000）.

  • Processing Time: Your Keepsake KIT™ will be dispatched within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are 1–2 days for registered mail and 2–3 days for convenience store pickup.

  • Shipping Fee: A flat rate of NT$ 150 is charged at checkout. This covers a total of two shipments: 1) Sending the Keepsake KIT™, and 2) Shipping your finished custom jewellery.

  • Express Delivery:Same-day courier delivery (shipping fee collect on delivery) is available for Taipei and New Taipei City. For other areas, express post offers next-day delivery. Please contact customer service before ordering.

  • Free Shipping: Free shipping applies to single orders over NT$ 15,000.

【 International Shipping 】

  • Delivery & Transit Time: International orders are shipped via Chunghwa Post Registered Mail, SF Express, or other courier services depending on the destination. Transit time takes at least 7 to 14 business days.

  • Shipping Rates (Covers 2 Shipments): International shipping fees are charged once at checkout and cover a total of two shipments: 1) Dispatching the Keepsake KIT™, and 2) Shipping your finished custom jewellery.

    • Hong Kong & Macau: NT$ 400

    • Asia (Southeast & Northeast Asia): NT$ 600

    • Rest of the World: NT$ 850

  • Free Shipping & Duties: Free international shipping applies to single orders over NT$ 25,000. Please note that any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
