退換貨政策

本品牌之客製化紋印飾品系列，擁有專屬的服務流程：

顧客下單 ➔ 收到採印組（Keepsake KIT｜拾印匣）➔ 居家採集 ➔ 寄回模具 ➔ 設計師製作 ➔ 收到飾品成品與原始模具

為保障雙方權益，請於購買前仔細閱讀以下條款。當您完成下單與付款程序，即視為同意並接受本商店之相關約定。

客製化商品說明

紋印飾品系列商品皆為專屬客製化訂製商品，依據「通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則」，客製化商品不適用 7 天鑑賞期（無條件退貨）之規定。

由於每件商品皆依照顧客提供的紋印進行製作，完成訂製後無法以一般商品之方式進行退換貨。

取消訂單與退款

為保障雙方權益，所有訂單原則上不接受因個人因素提出之取消訂單或退款申請。

若訂單已寄出 Keepsake KIT｜拾印匣，或已進入製作程序，恕無法取消訂單或申請退款。

若遇特殊情況，經設計師個案評估後同意取消並安排退款，將扣除已付款項 10% 作為行政與交易手續費，用於支付相關金流及交易所衍生之費用。

訂製規格調整

若完成壓印後，希望調整原訂購之商品尺寸或規格，請務必於進入製作前聯繫客服確認。

如調整為較大尺寸或較高規格之商品，經確認後可補足差額進行調整。

如調整為較小尺寸或較低規格之商品，經客服確認後可辦理差額退款；實際退款方式及金額將依訂單內容、付款方式及發票開立狀況處理。

所有規格調整皆須於進入製作前提出，並經客服確認後方可進行。若已進入製作程序，恕無法再進行規格調整。

訂單效期

為提供顧客足夠的採印時間，每筆訂單自完成付款日起 150 天內，皆屬於正常訂製流程範圍，顧客可於此期間完成壓印並寄回模具。

若超過 150 天仍未寄回模具，訂單將視為逾期。若需重新啟動訂製流程，將酌收每件商品金額 10% 作為重啟費用，實際是否可重新製作仍須經客服確認。

手作商品與非瑕疵範圍

本品牌商品皆為手工製作，成品可能存在細微的手作痕跡、個體差異或自然紋理，此屬手工訂製商品之正常現象，不列入瑕疵範圍。

商品照片可能因拍攝光線、環境及不同裝置或螢幕顯示設定而產生些微色差，實際顏色及質感以收到之實品為準。

商品尺寸皆經人工測量及製作，可能存在合理範圍內的些微誤差，購買前請務必確認商品尺寸及相關規格。

不可抗力與配送延誤

若因天氣、物流運輸或其他不可抗力因素導致配送延誤，恕無法因此提供退款。

如遇配送異常，建議先與客服聯繫，我們將協助確認物流狀況及後續處理方式。

拒收與退件

若因顧客個人因素，或未事先與客服聯繫而拒收訂單，包含 Keepsake KIT｜拾印匣及完成品，已支付之款項及相關郵寄費用均不予退款。

若因顧客因素造成包裹退回、重新寄送或其他額外物流費用，相關費用將由顧客負擔。

商品瑕疵與製作問題

若收到成品後發現商品有明顯瑕疵、製作錯誤或與原訂購內容不符，請於收到商品後 7 天內聯繫客服，並提供以下資訊：

• 姓名
• 訂單編號
• 聯絡電話
• 商品瑕疵或問題之清晰照片／影片

經確認屬於商品本身之瑕疵或製作問題者，我們將依實際情況協助後續處理。

因人為因素造成之損壞、磨損或變色，例如大力拉扯、碰撞擦傷、配戴時洗澡或泡溫泉、接觸香水及化學品、自行修改或加工等，恕不列入免費維修或退換貨範圍。

其他聲明

如對以上條款、客製化流程或商品認定有任何疑問，請於下單前聯繫客服確認。

若個別訂單有特殊情況，Meraki Vestige 慕刻工坊將依實際訂單內容、製作進度及相關規範進行個案評估與處理。

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Our Imprint Jewelry Collection is exclusively personalized and made to order. Each piece is created from the imprint provided by the customer and cannot be returned or exchanged like standard products.

Order Cancellation & Refunds

Orders cannot generally be canceled or refunded for customer-related reasons.

Once the Keepsake KIT has been shipped or production has begun, cancellations and refunds are not accepted.

In exceptional cases approved by our designer, a 10% administrative and transaction fee will be deducted from the refund.

Size & Specification Changes

Size or specification changes must be requested before production begins and confirmed by customer service.

Upgrades to a larger size or higher specification require payment of the price difference. Changes to a smaller size or lower specification may be eligible for a price-difference refund.

Once production has begun, no changes can be made.

Order Validity

Each order is valid for 150 days from the date of payment.

Orders requiring reactivation after 150 days will incur a 10% reactivation fee per item and are subject to customer service confirmation.

Handmade Product Characteristics

Minor variations, handmade marks, natural textures, slight color differences, and reasonable measurement variations are normal characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.

Delivery Delays & Force Majeure

Delays caused by weather, logistics, transportation, or other circumstances beyond our control are not eligible for refunds.

If you experience a delivery issue, please contact customer service so we can assist with checking the shipment status and next steps.

Refused or Returned Packages

Orders refused or returned due to customer-related reasons, including the Keepsake KIT or finished jewelry, are non-refundable.

Any additional shipping, return, or reshipment costs caused by customer-related reasons will be borne by the customer.

Product Defects & Production Issues

If your finished piece has a noticeable defect, production error, or does not match your order, please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt and provide:

• Name
• Order number
• Contact phone number
• Clear photos and/or videos of the issue

After review, we will assist with an appropriate solution.

Damage, wear, or discoloration caused by customer use or improper handling is not covered under free repair, returns, or exchanges.
