品牌會員憑此卡可享終身維修評估服務。若飾品發生斷裂、變形或零件脫落，皆可聯繫我們送回評估，維修費用將依實際狀況另行報價。
Members enjoy lifetime repair assessment services. If your piece experiences breakage, deformation, or loose parts, please contact us for evaluation. Repair fees will be quoted based on the item's actual condition.

有的，每件飾品每年皆可享有 1 次免費基礎保養，內容包含基本清潔與飾品狀況檢查。
Yes, each piece is entitled to 1 complimentary basic maintenance service per year, which includes basic cleaning and a general inspection.
收到戒指成品尺寸不合怎麼辦？ What If the Ring Size Doesn't Fit?
我們提供 1 次免費改圍服務（最多可改大或改小半號）。請於收到飾品 7 天內與客服聯絡，我們將為您處理。
We offer 1 complimentary resizing service (up to half a size larger or smaller). Please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt for assistance.
修改尺寸或更換零件該如何收費？ How Are Sizing Adjustments or Part Replacements Charged?
超出免費範圍的尺寸調整、更換零件、重新電鍍或補鑲寶石等服務，皆需送回工作室評估後另行報價。
Services such as resizing beyond the complimentary limits, replacing parts, replating, or gemstone setting will be quoted individually after evaluation at our studio.
日常佩戴與收納有哪些注意事項？ What Are the Daily Care & Storage Instructions?
銀飾會因接觸空氣與汗水自然氧化變深，屬正常現象。佩戴時請避免接觸香水、乳液、酒精、清潔劑、漂白水及溫泉。洗澡、游泳、泡湯或運動時建議先將飾品取下。未佩戴時，請先擦拭乾淨，再單獨收納於密封袋或飾品盒中，並放置於乾燥陰涼處。
Silver naturally oxidizes when exposed to air and perspiration. Please avoid contact with perfume, lotion, alcohol, household cleaners, bleach, and hot springs. Remove jewellery before showering, swimming, or exercising. When not in use, wipe clean and store separately in a sealed bag or box in a dry, cool place.
可以在家自行清潔飾品嗎？ How Should I Clean My Jewellery at Home?
日常清潔可用軟布或拭銀布輕擦。若有一般髒污，可用溫水加入少量中性清潔劑，以軟毛刷輕柔刷洗並立即徹底擦乾。若飾品含有珍珠、寶石或特殊鍍層，請勿自行浸泡或使用拭銀布，建議直接聯繫工作室協助處理。
For daily care, wipe gently with a soft cloth or silver polishing cloth. For dirt, clean with mild soapy lukewarm water using a soft brush, then dry immediately. For pieces with pearls, natural gemstones, or plating, do NOT soak or use silver cloths; please contact us for professional care.
