我們提供信用卡付款（VISA、MasterCard、JCB）。如果需要使用銀行轉帳/匯款功能，請先私訊客服。
We accept Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, JCB). If you wish to pay via bank transfer, please contact our customer service via direct message beforehand.
刷卡可以分期付款嗎？ Do You Offer Installment Payments?

付款失敗該怎麼辦？ What Should I Do If My Payment Fails?
若遇授權逾時或付款失敗，請重新下單或聯繫客服，我們將協助重新提供付款連結。
If your payment times out or fails, please reorder or contact customer service, and we will assist you with a new payment link.
國內運送方式與運費如何計算？ Domestic Shipping Methods & Fees?
台灣本島提供郵局掛號與超商取貨服務（訂單金額上限NT$20,000）。運費於下單時一次收取（NT$ 150），包含兩次寄送的費用，第一次：Keepsake KIT 拾印匣™ 寄出，第二次：成品寄出。
單筆訂單滿 NT$ 15,000 即享免運優惠。
We offer postal services and convenience store pickup（Order Limit: NT$20,000） in Taiwan. A flat shipping fee of NT$ 150 will be charged at checkout, which covers two shipments: 1st shipment: Keepsake KIT™ dispatch, and 2nd shipment: Finished jewelry delivery.
Free shipping is offered on single orders over NT$ 15,000.
下單後多久出貨與送達？ Processing & Delivery Time?
付款完成後，Keepsake KIT 拾印匣™ 將於 3 個工作天內寄出。寄出後宅配約 1–2 天、超商取貨約 2–3 天抵達。
The Keepsake KIT™ will be shipped within 3 business days after payment. Home delivery takes approx. 1–2 days, while store pickup takes 2–3 days.
國際訂單運送與關稅說明？ International Shipping & Customs Duties?
國際訂單透過中華郵政或 SF Express 寄送，運費標準如下：
• 港澳地區：NT$ 400
• 亞洲地區（東南亞＆東北亞）：NT$ 600
• 其他地區：NT$ 850
單筆訂單滿 NT$ 25,000 即享免運優惠。可能產生的進口關稅須由收件人自行負擔。
International orders are shipped via Chunghwa Post or SF Express. Shipping fees are as follows:
• Hong Kong & Macau: NT$ 400
• Rest of Asia(SE & NE Asia）: NT$ 600
• Rest of World: NT$ 850
Free shipping applies to single orders over NT$ 25,000. Any import duties and taxes incurred must be paid by the recipient.
採印完成後如何寄回模具？ How Do I Return the Imprint Mold?
請參閱 Keepsake KIT 拾印匣™ 內的說明書，將完成的模具與製作回函妥善包裝後寄回：
• 台灣訂單：請使用隨附的回郵包裝，至郵局臨櫃以掛號方式寄回我們的工作室。
• 國際訂單：請放入隨附信封，可重複使用 Keepsake KIT 拾印匣™ 原包裝盒妥善保護模具，並自行聯繫物流寄回工作室（國際寄回運費需由顧客自行負擔）。
Please follow the instructions inside the Keepsake KIT to return your completed mold and Return Form:
• Taiwan Orders: Please place them in the provided return package and send it back to our studio via registered mail at a local post office counter.
• International Orders: Please place the mold and the Return Form inside the envelope provided. You may reuse the original box from your Keepsake KIT™ to securely protect the mold when sending it back to our studio. International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
會提供發票嗎？可以打統編嗎？ Invoice & Company Tax ID Information?
我們提供手寫三聯式發票。如需開立公司抬頭與統一編號，請在訂單備註，或是私訊客服提供訂單編號與發票資訊。原則上發票將與 Keepsake KIT 拾印匣™ 一同寄出。
We provide handwritten 3-copy uniform invoices. If you require a company Title and Business Tax ID, please leave a note in your order or contact customer service via direct message with your order number and invoice details. In principle, the invoice will be shipped together with the Keepsake KIT™.
