如何下單？ How Do I Place an Order?
選擇商品及規格後加入購物車，完成訂購資訊與付款即可。
付款完成後，即進入客製化訂製流程。
Select your preferred product and specifications, add them to your cart, and complete your order and payment.
Once payment is completed, your order will enter the customization process.
下單後可以修改訂單嗎？ Can I Modify My Order?
如需修改商品尺寸、規格或其他訂購內容，請儘早聯繫客服確認。
完成壓印後，如需調整尺寸或規格，須於進入製作前提出。
If you need to change the size, specifications, or other order details, please contact customer service as soon as possible.
After completing the imprint, any size or specification changes must be requested and confirmed before production begins.
可以合併訂單嗎？ Can I Combine Orders?
如有多筆訂單希望合併寄送，請於製作前聯繫客服確認。
是否可以合併寄送，將依訂單狀態及實際情況協助處理。
If you would like to combine multiple orders into one shipment, please contact customer service before production begins.
Combined shipping is subject to the status of your orders and individual circumstances.
下單後多久會收到 Keepsake KIT？ How Long Does It Take to Receive the Keepsake KIT?
一般訂單付款完成後，將於 3 個工作天內寄出 Keepsake KIT™ 拾印匣。
實際到貨時間依配送地區及物流狀況而異。
For standard orders, the Keepsake KIT™ will be shipped within 3 business days after payment is completed.
Actual delivery time varies depending on the destination and shipping conditions.
我已經下單了，接下來要做什麼？ What Happens After I Place an Order?
下單付款 → 收到 Keepsake KIT™ 拾印匣 → 居家採印 → 寄回模具 → 設計師製作 → 收到成品與原始模具。
Place your order → Receive your Keepsake KIT™ → Take your imprint at home → Return the mold → Designer craftsmanship → Receive your finished jewelry and original mold.
可以訂購急件嗎？ Do You Offer Rush Orders?
可以視配送地區及訂單狀況協助安排。

國際訂單如何配送？ How Are International Orders Shipped?
國際訂單將依目的地使用中華郵政或 SF Express 寄送。
一般配送時間約為 3–14 個工作天，實際時間依國家及物流狀況而異。
International orders are shipped via Chunghwa Post or SF Express, depending on the destination.
Delivery typically takes approximately 3–14 business days, depending on the destination and shipping conditions.
訂單付款後可以取消嗎？ Can I Cancel My Order?
Customized orders generally cannot be canceled or refunded for customer-related reasons.
Once the Keepsake KIT™ has been shipped or production has begun, cancellations and refunds are not accepted.
