如何成為會員？ How Do I Become a Member?
只要在官網點選「註冊」，填寫基本資料即可免費加入會員。加入會員後即可開始累積消費、享有購物金回饋與各項專屬會員權益。
Simply click "Register" on our official website and fill in your basic information to join for free. Once registered, you can start earning purchase rewards and enjoy exclusive member benefits.
消費回饋的購物金（回饋金）如何計算？ How is the Membership Reward Credit Calculated?
全館消費每滿 NT$100 即可獲得 1% 的購物金回饋（例如：消費 NT$1,000 可獲得 NT$10 購物金）。購物金將於訂單完成並確認無退換貨後，自動發放至您的會員帳號中。
You earn 1% in reward credit for every NT$100 spent (e.g., spend NT$1,000 to receive NT$10 credit). Credits will be automatically added to your account after the order is completed and past the return period.
購物金（回饋金）要如何使用？有折抵上限嗎？ How Do I Use My Reward Credits? Is There a Redemption Limit?
獲得的購物金可用於下一筆訂單折抵。在結帳頁面勾選或輸入欲折抵的金額即可直接扣抵（NT$1 購物金可折抵 NT$1 現金）。訂單折抵無最高上限，可全額折抵（運費及指定促銷商品除外）。
Earned credits can be applied toward your next purchase. Simply check or enter the amount at checkout to redeem them (NT$1 credit = NT$1). There is no maximum redemption limit per order (excluding shipping fees and selected promotional items).
購物金有使用期限嗎？如果訂單取消或退貨會歸還嗎？ Do Reward Credits Expire? Will They Be Refunded If an Order is Canceled or Returned?
消費回饋的購物金沒有使用期限，您可以隨時在未來的訂單中使用。若訂單因故取消或辦理退貨，該筆訂單所折抵的購物金將會退回至您的帳號中。
Reward credits have no expiration date and can be used for future orders anytime. If an order is canceled or returned, the applied credits will be refunded back to your account.
沒有註冊會員可以下單嗎？可以使用訪客結帳嗎？ Can I Place an Order Without Registering? Can I Use Guest Checkout?
目前官網不開放訪客結帳。為了維護您的消費權益、提供訂單查詢、物流追蹤及累積 1% 購物金回饋，下單前請先註冊並登入會員。
Guest checkout is currently not supported. To protect your purchasing rights, track orders and shipping status, and earn 1% reward credits, please register and log in to your account before placing an order.
如果忘記密碼或想變更會員資料，該如何操作？ What Should I Do If I Forgot My Password or Need to Update My Info?
若忘記密碼，請於登入頁面點擊「忘記密碼」，輸入註冊 Email 後至信箱收取重設連結。如需變更個人資料（如電話、地址），登入後至「會員中心 ＞ 個人資訊」即可進行修改。
If you forgot your password, click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your registered email to receive a reset link. To update your personal details (such as phone number or address), log in and go to "My Account > Personal Info".
