採印完成後要如何寄回模具？ How Do I Return the Completed Imprint Mold?
完成採印後，請將模具與製作回函放入隨附的回郵包裝（藍色信封）裡，上方已貼有郵票，直接拿至郵局臨櫃掛號寄出即可。若為國際訂單，請自行聯繫物流寄回，寄回之運費與物流費用需由顧客負擔。
For Taiwan orders, after completing the imprint, please place the mold and the Return Form inside the prepaid return envelope provided (blue envelope with postage attached) and send it via registered mail at the post office. For international orders, return shipping costs and courier arrangements are the responsibility of the customer. You may reuse the original box from your Keepsake KIT to securely protect the mold when sending it back to our studio.
自己在家採印會很難嗎？如果壓印失敗了怎麼辦？ Is It Difficult to Take the Imprint at Home? What If I Fail?
操作非常簡單！說明書中皆有詳細步驟。拾印匣內已為您準備額外的預備模具，若第一次不滿意，可以隨時重新操作，直到採集到滿意的紋印為止。
It is very simple! Detailed step-by-step instructions are provided. Extra molding material is included in the kit, so if you are not satisfied with the first attempt, you can try again until you get the perfect imprint.
可以採集哪些對象的紋印？（指紋、掌紋、寵物腳印等） Whose Imprints Can Be Captured?
我們的模具適用於大人與小孩的指紋、掌紋，甚至毛孩（貓咪、狗狗）的腳印或鼻紋。若有特殊採印需求，歡迎提前聯繫客服諮詢。
Our molds can capture adult and children's fingerprints or palm prints, as well as paw or nose prints of pets (cats & dogs). For special imprint requests, please feel free to contact us beforehand.
採印完成後，模具可以保存多久才寄回？ How Long Can I Keep the Imprint Mold Before Sending It Back?
印模完成後會在短時間內硬化定型，定型後材質非常穩定。您自下單付款日起有 150 天的時間可以完成採印並寄回工作室。
The mold hardens and sets shortly after taking the imprint, becoming very stable. You have up to 150 days from the date of payment to complete and return the mold to our studio.
寄回的原始模具會還給我嗎？ Will My Original Imprint Mold Be Returned to Me?
會的！設計師在製作完飾品後，會將您的原始採印模具連同完成的飾品成品一同打包寄還給您，讓這份印記能永久珍藏。
Yes! After completing your jewellery, the designer will pack and return your original imprint mold along with your finished piece, allowing you to cherish it forever.
一份拾印匣可以製作多件飾品嗎？ Can One Keepsake KIT Be Used for Multiple Jewellery Pieces?
每一份拾印匣對應單一訂單的客製需求。若您訂購多件商品，我們會依據訂單內容提供對應數量的模具與耗材。
Each Keepsake KIT is prepared based on your specific order details. If you order multiple pieces, we will provide the corresponding amount of molds and materials.
寄回模具後，整個客製製作流程需要多久？ How Long Does Production Take After Returning the Mold?
收到您寄回的模具並確認製作細節無誤後，手工製作期約需要 30–45 個工作天（不含例假日及物流運送時間）。
Once we receive your mold and confirm all order details, the handcrafted production takes approximately 30–45 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and shipping times).
